143 PLEASANT STREET UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Through funding from Stoico-First Fed, WHALE has just completed construction on a historic façade at 143 Pleasant Street for a homeowner. The WHALE mini-grant program provides $10,000 grants to homeowners and assists them in historically accurate façade renovations.  Without the grant, the homeowners would not be able to afford to preserve their facades.
