2025 – 2029 Strategic Plan Draft
WHALE’s upcoming strategic plan is now open for public comment. From April 26 through May 6, we will take comments, thoughts and questions about our draft strategic plan.
Since January WHALE has been undergoing an intensive strategic planning process to help us decide where this new chapter takes us. Working with Zapalac Advisors as consultant and facilitator, the draft plan was presented to members of the WHALE Board of Directors and others involved in our planning effort thus far. This presentation marks the opening of our public comment period.
To assist in your review and understanding of the plan (and process) we encourage you to:
1.) View the April 25 Zoom presentation, available on YouTube.
2.) Review the draft PDF plan here: 2025 – 2029 Strategic Plan Comment Draft
3.) Submit your thoughts and comments online via this Google form. You can also email Erin Miranda, Executive Director at emiranda@waterfrontleague.org
Comments and thoughts will then be compiled and incorporated into our plan’s final revisions. The completed plan will be presented at WHALE’s 2024 Annual Meeting on June 26 at the Steeple Playhouse.
