In 2018, WHALE finished the Co-Creative Center in downtown, New Bedford. This mixed-use development features an art gallery, co-working space, and an education & meeting space, in addition to loft-apartments, storefronts, and business and non-profit offices.

Take a virtual step inside to see the wonders of the Leander Plummer House in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Enjoy hand painted woodwork, beautiful Delftware tile fireplaces, and a very early example of an indoor bathroom.
305-307 Pleasant Street Tour
This two-family home was slated for demolition, but was saved by WHALE through New Bedford’s Receivership Program in partnership with the Attorney General’s office. WHALE’s restoration of 305-307 Pleasant Street is the second project in this South Central neighborhood. We hope you enjoy!
